Industrial Bag Dust Collector Rotating Spray Bag Filter

The principle of rotary spray bag dust collector is that a rotary spray mechanism of uniform rotation is installed on the top of the pattern plate, and multiple rotary spray arms are distributed along the rotating axis of the spray mechanism. Through the feedback of the detection of the bag resistance, when the surface area of the filter bag reaches a certain amount of ash, the pulse spray valve is controlled to open, and the spray time interval of the pulse spray valve is controlled according to the resistance value. In order to stabilize the running resistance of the cloth bag dust collector, the filter bag is cleaned. The dust that falls into the ash hopper is sent out by pneumatic conveying system.
